VCF small groups gather to encourage growth in Christ in one another, for fellowship and for mutual support. Small groups are characterized by loving relationships, voluntary accountability, servant-hood and evangelism. Each member uses their gifting and calling in God to serve other members in the group. Group members provide foundational pastoral care for one another in an atmosphere of love, acceptance and forgiveness. Group members also serve to encourage one another to be an influence for righteousness everywhere they go.

Our small groups meet the first three weeks of each month for about ninety minutes. Each group meeting includes fellowship,Bible study discussion and prayer. Groups have a leader or co-leaders who recruit other people in the group to serve in various ways. All our groups are open to newcomers joining at any time.
